No. This is the ongoing monthly price for our in-clinic program. No annual prepayment is required, and your monthly price does not increase because your prescribed dose changes.
Do I have to commit to a year?
No. The program is month to month.
How do billing and cancellation work?
After enrollment and your authorization, the program bills automatically each month until canceled. Please request cancellation at least 72 hours before your next scheduled payment. Medication orders already accepted by the pharmacy are subject to cancellation and refund restrictions. What if I’m switching from another program?

Is telehealth available?
